Once your order is placed the process begins in dispatching your order to you.

First, your order is obtained from our storage centre and given a final quality check to ensure the equipment we dispatch to you is in perfect condition.

Then we arrange for collection by selected couriers who we have partnered with, with all delivery times quoted by our courier forwarded on to you so you know when to expect your order.

While delivery times vary depending on your location, we find delivery to major metropolitan areas usually occur within 5-10 business days after purchase. Rural areas can take longer depending on where you live but do usually arrive within 10 – 20 business days.

Once your order is dispatched you should receive notification and a tracking number to follow its progress as it makes its way to you.
